Leadership
David Mounde
David has led Deverill since founding the firm in 2008. With eighteen years in executive search and a background as an Army Captain, he brings both the rigour of structured research and the judgement that comes from high-stakes decision-making.
He is UK Country Chair of the Arthur W. Page Society, one of the most prestigious networks for senior communications leaders, and has participated in the World Economic Forum at Davos, where his focus has been on human capital, leadership quality, and the role of judgement as AI reshapes organisations.
His approach is consultative and candid. Clients value his independence; candidates value his honesty.
